Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to transform complex data into strategic insights that guide business decisions. This role involves designing and refining interactive dashboards and reports primarily using Tableau, alongside collaborating with stakeholders to meet their analytical needs. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain thorough documentation, and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze intricate datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights supporting strategic choices.
- Develop and enhance engaging dashboard visualizations and reports, with an emphasis on Tableau.
- Utilize Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms for data extraction, transformation, integration, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Perform exploratory analyses to reveal patterns and drivers that inform growth or efficiency improvements.
- Work with the data team to uphold data quality, consistency, governance, and security standards.
- Present findings clearly to stakeholders, simplifying complex data into accessible narratives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and continuously refine analytical and reporting methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of data literacy across the organization through knowledge sharing, training, and advocacy.
