Data Entry Specialist - Tally Operator

About the Role

Join TC Traders as a full-time Data Entry Executive, specializing in Tally operations. This position welcomes freshers and candidates with minimal prior experience, offering an opportunity for training on company-specific tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry tasks using Tally Prime software.
• Input sales and purchase invoices accurately.
• Process receipt and payment transactions.
• Post bank statements and bank entries.
• Manage journal entries and maintain ledgers.
• Keep detailed records of customer and supplier accounts.
• Verify invoices and related accounting documentation.
• Support basic accounting functions and maintain up-to-date records.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess fundamental computer skills.
• Basic familiarity with Tally or Tally Prime software.
• Understand basic accounting entry concepts.
• Excel knowledge is a beneficial asset.
• Maintain a good typing speed coupled with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible work attitude.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt.

Additional Information

• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Freshers with foundational knowledge of Tally are encouraged to apply, with training provided.
• Work location is Thiruvottiyur – Theradi, Chennai.
• Salary range from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
• Position requires immediate joining or a short notice period.
