Key Responsibilities

• Contact vendors to obtain invoices.
• Input billing details into the expense management system accurately.
• Enter detailed data into the system ensuring completeness.
• Make necessary account-level updates within the expense management platform.
• Download vendor invoices from online portals and upload them into the system.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in data entry roles.
• Background in utilities or telecommunications preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
• Familiarity with using web portals.
• Ability to concentrate on assigned tasks consistently.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive and proactive work attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

Additional Information

The hourly wage estimate for this role at the primary U.S. location is $11.50, with actual pay varying based on geographic labor costs, job-related skills, and experience. Candidates will receive detailed salary information during the recruitment process.
