Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Operator to manage and update garment product information efficiently within billing and inventory systems at Tip Top Bazar, Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update detailed clothing product data including item name, brand, size, color, MRP, rate, quantity, barcode, and HSN codes in billing and inventory software.
• Process daily billing activities and generate customer invoices accurately.
• Maintain and regularly update stock and inventory records to ensure data correctness.
• Record purchase and sales information systematically.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for managing data and preparing reports.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and product entries to avoid discrepancies.
• Communicate and coordinate with the sales and store teams regarding stock and billing matters.
• Keep comprehensive records ensuring precise data entry at all times.

Eligibility and Other Information

The position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Monthly remuneration ranges from 12,000 to 24,000 INR.
