Key Duties
- Accurate entry, updating, and upkeep of insurance claims, customer information, and policy details within company databases.
- Monitoring daily data workflows, ensuring optimal performance of systems and hardware, and addressing minor technical glitches as needed.
- Producing regular administrative reports on daily or weekly schedules and ensuring secure backup of both physical and electronic files.
Compensation and Benefits
