About the Role
CWG (Co-Workers Group) Engineering Limited, an employee-owned technical consulting and manpower services firm, is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support its corporate operations in Lagos State, Nigeria. This role reports to the Project Document Controller and Administration Manager and involves managing and verifying technical documentation related to engineering projects, batching plant maintenance, and industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify maintenance records for industrial and electrical systems, batching plant operation data, and project technical files.
- Ensure data accuracy by identifying missing or duplicate entries, correcting errors in operational logs, and maintaining database cleanliness.
- Organize, index, and digitally archive daily operational reports, maintenance requests, job tickets, and vendor documents.
- Provide administrative support by preparing regular weekly and monthly summaries, maintenance schedules, and performance dashboards for engineering teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational attainment: Diploma (OND or HND) in Management, Office Technology, or Business Administration.
- Experience ranging from 3 to 5 years handling industrial or technical maintenance documentation and managing related database systems.
- Essential skills include fast and accurate typing, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in error detection, advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word), and maintaining database hygiene.
