Role and Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format documents mainly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Visio, and support for right-to-left (RTL) languages.
- Provide prompt and quality assistance to clients during projects, ensuring consistent formatting and layout with defect-free deliverables.
- Understand client instructions thoroughly and estimate timelines accurately for project completion.
- Maintain regular data backups to avoid loss.
- Communicate effectively using both verbal and written skills.
- Adaptability to work in rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree such as B.A., B.Sc., B.Com in any specialization or be any graduate.
