Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables as assigned by your reporting manager.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by carefully entering information into the platform following established SOPs and training materials.
- Conduct thorough online research on brands and products to collect detailed data and insights.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating within and across teams in various sectors such as small/medium businesses, durable goods, consumer packaged goods, retail, and agencies.
- Adhere strictly to procedural guidelines and methodologies.
- Identify and communicate process-related issues promptly to supervisors.
- Understand and follow internal workflows and departmental procedures.
- Support team objectives by consistently achieving expected results.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new associates through mentoring.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a graduate degree or higher in any discipline.
- Have at least one year of experience interpreting purchase receipts or prescriptions.
- Display strong critical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Typist with over 40 words per minute computer skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate precision and a quality-focused mindset, proactively seeking and clarifying potential inaccuracies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of North American markets and the FMCG industry is advantageous.
