Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Architect based in Basildon, UK, to join on a permanent, full-time basis with onsite attendance required five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold the comprehensive data architecture for the Data Analytics Platform (DAP), focusing on scalability and optimal performance.
- Create both logical and physical data models aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to facilitate efficient data integration and enforce governance policies.
- Define and implement standards and best practices for data modeling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven extensive experience in data architecture and modeling within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in TOAD Data Modeler and Snowflake cloud data platform.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with adept problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable about modern cloud data ecosystems and advanced data modeling tools.
