Role Overview

We are seeking Data Annotators to label, assess, and enhance datasets that train cutting-edge AI models. This position requires meticulous attention as you review AI outputs, apply precise labeling instructions, and contribute to the advancement of AI intelligence.

Key Duties

• Label text, images, audio, or video data based on detailed annotation protocols
• Assess AI-generated content for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with guidelines
• Detect ambiguous cases or exceptions in guidelines and report them to supervisors
• Ensure consistency among annotators through diligent and accurate judgment
• Submit organized feedback to improve upcoming model training iterations
• Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets without compromising quality

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent reading comprehension with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to follow structured guidelines reliably and uniformly
• Strong command of written English and clear reasoning communication
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is advantageous
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently on quota-driven tasks

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and location, typically ranging from $55,000 to $95,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
