Job Overview

This role centers on creating and managing a comprehensive, data-driven perspective on the Telehome department's operations and commercial performance. This includes gathering data from diverse sources, developing visual dashboards to monitor staff and departmental metrics, and producing actionable insights to facilitate ongoing improvement and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Aggregate data from multiple sources to compose a unified dataset for the Telehome department.
• Improve and sustain dashboards, and develop additional tools to provide holistic tracking of departmental and individual staff performance across clinical and administrative roles.
• Deliver actionable insights based on data to address operational challenges and fuel continuous progress.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to transform analytical outcomes into concrete improvement initiatives and monitor their progress.
• Offer analytical support to gear up for an increase in referrals for home-based services.
• Proactively escalate issues and actively contribute to enhancements within the business unit.
• Augment staff service quality evaluation through direct field observations.
• Organize meetings, prepare analyses with clear actionable items, and, when needed, lead regular performance reviews involving operational and clinical teams.
• Carry out additional professional assignments as delegated by the line manager.

Educational and Professional Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or closely related fields.
• Professional experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance measurement, preferably within healthcare or operations sectors. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a junior Analyst role.
• No clinical or engineering licenses required.
• Optional certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) considered advantageous.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
• Expertise in data visualization and dashboard software such as Power BI, Tableau, or related tools.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including data modeling, use of pivot tables, and formula-driven analyses.
• Strong analytical capabilities to convert operational data into meaningful insights.
• Experience with data collection, cleaning processes, and managing datasets or databases.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.
• Effective time management to balance several concurrent reporting and analysis tasks.
