Role Overview

The Data Science team at Revolut tackles complex issues by devising intelligent, practical solutions. Data Analysts collaborate closely with product teams to extract actionable insights, influence business decisions, and elevate customer experiences. This role requires independently investigating complex datasets, diagnosing root causes, crafting custom solutions, and implementing them through code. We encourage continual learning and skills development to consistently deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of Revolut's business processes through data analysis.
• Utilize data knowledge to support product and service teams effectively.
• Design essential metrics to evaluate various facets of the business.
• Develop and maintain aggregated data views and tables for easier data querying.
• Create and manage dashboards to monitor metrics and present insights visually.
• Enhance data literacy across the company by organizing and conducting educational workshops.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Over 5 years of experience in analytical roles using SQL to build significant data-driven solutions.
• Educational background in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Python or comparable programming languages.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics with demonstrable applied knowledge.
