Role Overview

Design at Revolut combines creative innovation with rigorous attention to detail, upholding and elevating the design standards our customers expect. We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our Brand Studio to animate and enliven our creative direction.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce innovative and cutting-edge motion designs that communicate our brand identity.
• Create end cards and additional graphic assets to complement video content.
• Edit new video content and refine existing footage to align with creative goals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive video asset library and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Localisation team to manage multi-regional versioning, coordinate voice-over talent, and deliver finalized materials to Marketing Managers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience as a Motion Designer.
• Proven ability to handle multiple creative projects across diverse geographic regions and versions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with widely used video editing tools and strong editing capabilities.
• Basic skills in audio editing.
• Familiarity with commonly used video and audio file formats.
• Experience using Figma and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Additional Plus Skills

• Experience with creative management platforms like Celtra or Ad.lib.
• Colour grading expertise.
