Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Data Analysts to join our team, focusing primarily on handling Power BI tasks and delivering valuable insights through data analysis and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Power BI requests ensuring timely responses and solutions.
• Support stakeholders by creating process improvements through project automation.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to extract actionable intelligence and develop Power BI-based solutions.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and maintenance activities for Power BI dashboards.
• Generate timely and accurate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Implement Excel automation solutions as requested.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of Power BI tasks and strategies.
• Automate stakeholder processes utilizing VBA macros.
• Lead the entire insights lifecycle from definition and design to delivery of solutions addressing business problems.
• Manage data mapping and movement to ensure high standards of data quality.
• Engage actively in troubleshooting, including root cause analysis of issues.
• Document new tasks and processes while updating existing documentation regularly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in VBA programming and advanced Excel functions.
• Basic understanding of best practices in VBA automation techniques.
• Familiarity with data modeling approaches, metadata preparation, and mapping processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform is a plus.
• Financial or controlling background with grasp of fundamental concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across diverse geographic locations.
• Self-driven with capability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet business requirements.
• Team player comfortable working across various teams.
