Key Responsibilities

  • Generate comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for various stakeholders, with an aim to progressively automate these processes.
  • Identify data trends and prepare specific reports upon requests from different business units.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop solutions for data challenges and obtain necessary data for new business initiatives.
  • Support business decisions by providing precise and insightful data analysis.
  • Supply data feeds to other departments and systems to streamline business operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience with data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a data analyst role.
  • Proficient in SQL querying and managing large datasets, preferably with Google BigQuery.
  • Desirable experience includes working within an embedded operating model partnering with business units to render actionable insights.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear reports understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communicator capable of explaining technical details to diverse audiences.
  • Motivated to continually enhance personal skills and contribute to advancing the organization’s data capabilities.
  • Interest in adopting emerging technologies in the data field.
  • Familiarity with automated reporting systems.
  • Insurance industry experience is advantageous.
