About the Company
We are hiring a Data Analyst for a globally renowned e-commerce firm recognized for its innovative and customer-focused business model. The company has a significant international footprint and operates in a fast-moving, technology-centric environment. It leads the industry in supply chain innovation, digital transformation, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely enter, maintain, and update data across various platforms such as QuickSight dashboards, SharePoint, and Excel trackers.
- Take ownership of compliance data reports covering Page 0 regional data and GOLD Mine dashboard metrics.
- Perform routine data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies among systems.
- Analyze data sets to discover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Create clear reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations, including setting and monitoring KPIs in line with team goals.
- Enable informed decision-making with timely and accurate reports.
- Manage the complete participant enrollment and tracking process for leadership development initiatives like SLII, LEW, AD1, and Accelerate, utilizing systems such as iCIMS.
- Effectively operate and manage data tools including Excel, SharePoint, QuickSight, and iCIMS or equivalent platforms.
- Contribute to refining data workflows and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Documented experience with data entry, management, and reporting.
- Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Capability in managing program enrollments, scheduling, or event logistics.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with data visualization software such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with HRIS or learning management systems like iCIMS or Cornerstone.
- Experience automating processes and optimizing workflows using VBA, Python, or SQL.
- Background in corporate Learning & Development, HR, or operational roles.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration technologies.
