Cybersecurity Manager - Microsoft Security Services

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Manager to lead and expand our Microsoft Security consulting practice within the Cybersecurity Transformation service line. Your focus will be on delivering consulting services around the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including products such as Microsoft Entra, Defender, Intune, Purview, Security Copilot, and Agent 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and senior-level stakeholders.
• Drive Microsoft security consulting projects from initial pursuit to final delivery.
• Translate client business goals into effective Microsoft security solutions.
• Ensure excellence in delivery, client satisfaction, and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Provide expert leadership and guidance in Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender suite, Data Security & Governance with Microsoft Purview, Collaboration Security, and AI Security solutions.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, client engagement activities, and developing new service offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams to create a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related fields.
• At least 8 years' experience in cybersecurity consulting with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles within Microsoft Security consulting engagements or teams.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Purview programs.
• Strong involvement in business development, proposal crafting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Technical proficiency with a majority of the following technologies: Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender XDR suite, Microsoft Purview, Data Classification, Sensitivity Labelling, DLP, Insider Risk Management, Information Governance, Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Agent 365.
• Possession of relevant Microsoft certifications such as Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400), Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), or Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200).
• Industry-recognized certifications like CISSP or CISA are advantageous.
