Role Opportunity
We seek a native Arabic-speaking Manager or Senior Manager to join the Audit practice at our Doha office. This role involves steering complex audit assignments, fostering internal and external relationships, identifying and escalating risks, and nurturing junior talents to drive quality service delivery and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of audit engagements in alignment with EY policies and audit strategies formulated with Senior Managers or Partners.
- Perform complex audit tasks personally and manage team segments proportional to engagement scale.
- Oversee staffing and financial monitoring of engagements including fee tracking and reporting issues to project heads.
- Support business development initiatives to enhance service offerings and relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of eight years in external audit roles.
- Academic excellence complemented by professional accounting credentials such as ACCA, CPA, or CA.
- Experience within a top-tier accounting firm (Big 4).
- Fluency in Arabic (native-level proficiency).
