Job description
Overview
This role involves analyzing risk patterns and fraudulent activities in the international markets of Xiaomi to develop, validate, and implement anti-fraud strategies. It includes managing daily content safety operations, designing machine and manual review protocols to prevent prohibited content leakage. The position also requires staying informed about the latest cyber attack and defense trends and integrating those insights into ongoing strategy and product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of risk data and fraudulent behaviors across Xiaomi's global markets to create effective anti-fraud approaches.
- Manage daily content security operations internationally by developing and optimizing machine learning models and human review guidelines to ensure no violative content bypasses controls.
- Monitor industry attack and defense patterns, compile best practice guidelines, and use industry insights to refine strategies and update products to counter emerging threats.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree with capability to independently design data experiments and oversee end-to-end strategy validation and implementation.
- Adopt a data-centric methodology; skilled in SQL, Python, and Excel, with the ability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts for solution execution.
- Exhibit strong risk awareness and analytical problem-solving aptitude; able to swiftly diagnose root causes of immediate threats and propose effective counteractions.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to support daily communication.
