Cyber Threat Intelligence Expert

Overview

We seek a seasoned Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Expert with significant practical experience in cyber threat intelligence operations, threat actor profiling, and intelligence-driven security approaches. This specialist position is focused exclusively on CTI operations and is not a general SOC or threat hunting role.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and execute cyber threat intelligence operations comprehensively.
• Analyze and attribute threat actors effectively.
• Utilize frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain to assess threats.
• Conduct detailed intrusion and campaign analysis.
• Leverage Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) and consume various threat feeds.
• Integrate CTI insights with SIEM and develop relevant use cases.
• Automate intelligence processes using scripting and APIs.
• Apply analytical tools like Maltego, i2, or comparable platforms.
• Understand threat landscapes in both cloud and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Prepare intelligence reports and actionable threat assessments.
• Provide mentoring and promote knowledge sharing in CTI practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years dedicated to cyber threat intelligence operations.
• Possession of a minimum of two relevant certifications such as GOSI, GCTI, GDAT, CISSP, CCTIM, or acknowledged equivalents.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
