Cutting Officer

About the Role

We are looking for Cutting Officers to join our production team at TON Corporate Services in Odeda, Ogun State, Nigeria. The chosen candidates will be responsible for performing precise cutting tasks in accordance with given measurements, quality benchmarks, and daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute cutting processes based on approved dimensions, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Accurately measure, mark, and cut materials to the required sizes.
• Handle cutting machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure precision to reduce material wastage.
• Examine cut materials for correctness and report any defects.
• Keep the work environment clean and well-organized.
• Adhere strictly to production schedules, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
• Achieve daily production targets as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience working in cutting, tailoring, production, or related settings is beneficial.
• Proficient in interpreting measurements, specifications, and operational instructions.
• Knowledgeable about operating cutting tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy.
• Capable of completing repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-moving production atmosphere.
