MSKGRC Private Limited is recruiting for the role of Customer Verification Executive based at Uppal, Hyderabad. The position involves managing customer verification and validation activities as well as providing support to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via calls and use internal systems to verify their details.
• Validate the accuracy of customer information and verify necessary documentation.
• Ensure that all customer records are meticulously maintained in the company portal.
• Adhere strictly to the prescribed verification procedures and maintain quality standards throughout the process.
• Coordinate with customers to gather any missing or pending information needed for verification.
• Address and resolve basic customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Complete all assigned verification tasks within the set timelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of Malayalam or Tamil is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Basic proficiency with computers, particularly MS Excel and email management.
• Experience in data entry and documentation is essential.
• Capability to provide excellent customer support and maintain attention to detail.
• Preferably 10+2 or any graduate qualification.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving aptitude and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹23,000.
