Role Overview
The Customer Value Management Specialist plays a vital role in crafting and implementing customer-focused strategies aimed at boosting retention, enhancing customer experiences, and maximizing lifetime value through behavioral analytics. This position involves collaboration with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that support Digicel's strategic growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models to identify customers at high risk of churn and design targeted retention strategies.
- Analyze churn trends and customer segments to monitor base erosion and recommend improvements.
- Oversee core customer base performance by analyzing activity, spending, preferences, and engagement.
- Segment customers to tailor interventions that enhance retention, increase ARPU, and promote longevity.
- Model customer trends to forecast and align planning and strategy effectively.
- Identify and implement initiatives to stimulate incremental revenue from existing customers, including campaign development and upselling opportunities.
- Manage SMS communication strategies to ensure commercial relevance and compliance with best practices, while monitoring opt-out rates from promotional messages.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Proficiency in SQL and executing database queries.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and Power Query.
- Experience with campaign or customer value management is advantageous.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets using statistical methods.
- Equivalent academic and work experience combinations will be considered.

- Strong business insight and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities, with ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills to clearly present updates, challenges, and recommendations.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with a willingness to acquire new skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
