Job Overview
We are recruiting Customer Support Executives for an international voice process (USA client) based in Pune. The role demands excellent English communication skills, the ability to work US-shift hours, and a commitment to onsite work in Pune.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support services to international clients via voice communication.
- Address and resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations and complaints with appropriate resolution techniques.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: 12th pass.
- Freshers are welcome; alternatively, candidates must have at least six months of experience in customer support or technical support via voice channels.
- Proficient verbal communication skills in English, suitable for international interactions.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Ability to work from Pune office location.
