Company and Role Overview
Altruist Technologies Private Limited is recruiting for the position of Customer Support Executive to manage inbound calls specifically for Airtel Black customers. The role requires addressing customer issues, resolving complaints efficiently, and providing a high-quality customer experience at the Bommanahalli location in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally respond to incoming customer calls.
- Comprehend, analyze, and resolve customer queries and complaints accurately.
- Deliver precise information and actionable solutions to customers.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions appropriately.
- Adhere to established quality, process, and compliance standards.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout interactions.
Eligibility and Required Skills
- Graduation degree is a mandatory qualification.
- Proficient communication skills in English and either Tamil or Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities along with interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and exemplary service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts comfortably.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Five working days per week with two weekly rotational days off.
- Rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Night shift and split shift allowances are provided in addition to the basic salary.
- Monthly salary package ranges between ₹19,000 to ₹22,000 CTC.

The position is based at Altruist Technologies Private Limited, No. 23 & 24, Hosur Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560068.
