About the Role
Transcom is hiring Customer Support Executives for their Kharadi, Pune office to handle international voice and chat support, specifically focusing on e-commerce seller support. This role involves assisting e-commerce sellers through various communication channels to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via international voice and chat channels.
- Assist e-commerce sellers with their inquiries and issues.
- Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Job Details and Work Environment
- Work location: Kharadi, Pune (on-site).
- Schedule: 5.5 working days per week with rotational shifts.
- Transport: One-way cab facility provided for employees working odd hours.
- Batch start date: 30th August 2026.
- Vacancies: 50 positions available.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience in international voice or chat support.
- Prior experience in e-commerce seller support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing abilities and customer handling skills.
Compensation
- Salary range up to ₹32,000 CTC per month plus incentives.
