About the Role
Transcom is currently seeking an International Chat Support Executive to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role focuses on providing chat-based support to international customers.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an international voice and chat support environment is essential.
- Mandatory prior experience in seller support, regardless of industry or domain.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are critical.
- Strong capabilities in customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal relations are required.

Compensation
The salary package is up to ₹32,000 CTC per month along with performance-based incentives.
