About the Role
Join Mykess as a Customer Support Executive, also referred to as Customer Care Executive, primarily serving through a blended process involving both voice and chat channels to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications and Salary Details
- Open to undergraduate and graduate candidates.
- For graduates with over one year of experience: Gross monthly CTC is ₹22,000 with an in-hand salary of ₹18,000.
- For undergraduates: Gross monthly CTC is ₹18,000 with an in-hand salary of ₹14,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Address inbound customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide solutions and support through both voice calls and live chat.
- Ensure the delivery of precise information and effective problem resolution to customers.
