Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

Job Overview

Smart Lion Private Limited is inviting applications for the position of Associate in their International Voice Process team, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role seeks individuals with strong communication capabilities and computer proficiency to support insurance-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to insurance providers to verify claim statuses and eligibility criteria.
• Follow up with insurance carriers in line with client-scheduled appointments.
• Monitor and update records concerning unpaid insurance claims.
• Adapt to diverse voice-based workflows as needed.
• Maintain precise daily activity logs.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned duties adhering to client service level agreements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team to accomplish common objectives.
• Escalate concerns promptly to higher management when required.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates or undergraduates from any academic background are eligible.
• Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in Medical Record Retrieval or US-based Voice Process roles.
• Open to freshers with relevant international voice process exposure.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and applicable software tools.
• Excellent spoken communication and persuasive abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines while ensuring confidentiality.
• Shows initiative and collaborative spirit.

Additional Information

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Only male candidates are eligible for this position.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 21,000 and INR 24,000.
