Job description
Position Overview
Smart Lion Private Limited is looking to recruit Chat Support Executives for its telecom sector operations based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling blended customer services including chat-based and non-voice customer interactions, with some voice engagement as well.
Key Responsibilities
Executives will provide support primarily through chat channels ensuring effective communication and resolution of customer queries related to telecom services. The role requires flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification is completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass).
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Prior service industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts covering all hours throughout the week.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position can reach up to 40,000 INR per month, depending on experience and previous compensation. Additional perks and benefits may be provided.
Additional Information
The role requires physical presence at the Ahmedabad office location, with no remote work option available.
