About the Role

Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the Customer Service Representative position for the Traya Voice Process, based at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This role involves handling inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers, delivering precise information and resolutions, while adhering to process guidelines in a performance-driven atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate responses and effective problem resolution
• Maintain and update call records within CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies
• Strive to achieve daily key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduates are welcome to apply, freshers included
• Non-graduates must have at least one year of customer service experience
• Fluent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory
• Proficiency in one regional language (Kannada or Tamil) is essential
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required
• Motive and commitment to work onsite at the company's Bengaluru office

Compensation Details
