Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking committed individuals to join their customer support team based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This role requires working from the office and focuses on both inbound and outbound voice customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally managing both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Providing accurate solutions and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
• Recording call details and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems accordingly.
• Adhering to quality standards and established process protocols.
• Achieving daily targets while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates are eligible to apply even without prior experience.
• Non-graduates must have a minimum of one year experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; candidates should also know either Kannada or Tamil.
• Basic computer skills along with typing ability are essential.
• Willingness to work onsite at the HSR Layout office in Bengaluru.
