Job description
Job Location and Shift Details
This position is based in RR Nagar, Bengaluru. Work is scheduled on a US rotational shift basis, following a 5-day working week with 2 days off.
Transportation Benefits
Eligible employees are provided a one-way cab service for travel between 8 PM and 6 AM within a 25 km radius.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, but excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Applicants with at least 6 months of experience in international voice calls are preferred; experience in domestic, AR caller, or non-voice roles does not qualify.
- Minimum education qualification is PUC or graduation.
- Age limit is set to a maximum of 35 to 36 years.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for freshers ranges from ₹21,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
- Experienced candidates can expect a salary between ₹25,000 and ₹28,000 per month.
- A night shift allowance of ₹4,000 is provided.
- Attractive incentives are also part of the compensation package.
