About the Role and Company
Bangalore Job Hub is hiring for Startek ITPL's Altice process, focused on customer support encompassing both voice and non-voice services based in ITPL, Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing exemplary customer service support through voice and non-voice communication channels.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates should have completed PUC (Pre-University Course) or Graduation.
- A minimum of 6 months prior experience in a similar customer support role is required; freshers will not be considered.
- Proficient English communication skills are compulsory for this position.
Compensation and Benefits
- Non-voice positions offer a take-home salary of up to ₹28,000 per month.
- The salary range for this role is between ₹25,000 and ₹32,000 monthly.
- Five-day workweek with two rotational weekly offs.
- Company provides two-way cab facility within a 20-kilometer radius of the office.

This role is based onsite at ITPL, Bengaluru.
