About the Role
Shining Stars Institution & Travels is recruiting motivated individuals to become part of a Customer Service team supporting reputed multinational BPO clients. As a Customer Support Associate, you will act as the main contact point for customers, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Basic computer skills along with the ability to type and actively listen.
- Maximum age limit of 30 years.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Location, Qualifications & Experience
- Sector 144, Noida: Undergraduates with 1 year of international voice experience.
- Sector 127, Noida: Any undergraduate fresher or experienced candidate (Technology graduates not eligible).
- Sector 60, Noida: Any graduate with 1 year of BPO voice experience.
- Sectors 62 & 63, Noida: Any undergraduate fresher or experienced.
- Sector 18, Gurugram: Any graduate or undergraduate with 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Sector 19, Gurugram: Any graduate fresher or undergraduate with 6 months experience.
- Sector 20, Gurugram: Any undergraduate fresher or experienced candidate.
- Shivaji Nagar & Kudlu Gate: Any graduate fresher or experienced candidate.
Salary & Benefits
Salaries are dependent on communication skills and relevant experience:
- Sector 144 Noida: Up to ₹36,000 CTC plus travel allowance.
- Sector 127 Noida: ₹17,500 to ₹21,000 CTC.
- Sector 60 Noida: Up to ₹30,000 CTC.
- Sector 62 Noida: ₹15,000 to ₹24,000 CTC.
- Sector 63 Noida: ₹19,000 to ₹23,000 CTC.
- Sector 18 Gurugram: ₹23,000 to ₹26,000 CTC.
- Sector 19 Gurugram: ₹24,000 to ₹28,000 CTC plus cab facility (subject to hiring zone).
- Sector 20 Gurugram: ₹13,000 to ₹24,000 CTC.
- Shivaji Nagar: Freshers ₹21,000 to ₹22,000 CTC (₹16,000 to ₹17,000 in-hand + quarterly bonus); experienced up to ₹25,000 CTC (₹20,000 in-hand + quarterly bonus).
- Kudlu Gate: Freshers ₹21,000 CTC (₹16,000 in-hand + quarterly bonus); experienced maximum ₹22,000 CTC (₹17,000 in-hand + quarterly bonus).
- Apprenticeship salary without PF & ESI: Shivaji Nagar ₹19,000 to ₹21,000 in-hand; Kudlu Gate ₹19,000 to ₹20,000 in-hand.
Key Duties
- Promptly and professionally respond to incoming customer calls and emails.
- Ascertain customer requirements, investigate issues, and offer precise and efficient solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and resolution standards.
- Document interactions accurately in the internal CRM or database.
- Refer challenging issues to senior team or supervisors as necessary.
Additional Information
- Walk-in interviews are scheduled Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM (Reporting time).
- Candidates must bring Aadhaar card (original and copy), updated resume, and two passport photographs.
- Shining Stars ITPL does not charge any fees from candidates.
- Candidates should not have any pre-planned leave requirements for the current or next three months.
