Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate specialized in voice communications to join our team at TransformPlus in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves addressing customer inquiries through voice interactions, ensuring their needs are met effectively and fostering trust through clear and open communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues via voice communication.
- Understand and evaluate customer requirements to deliver satisfactory solutions.
- Establish and maintain ongoing, trusting relationships with customer accounts through active and interactive dialogue.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Hindi communication skills, both verbal and oral.
- Strong listening abilities coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Capable of performing under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in any BPO or customer service role is advantageous.
