Role Overview
At Corpay, we support businesses by providing payment, fleet, and related solutions complemented by excellent customer service. We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Advocate for our Growth/SMB team to enable customers to maximize the value of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers via welcome calls, account check-ins, and performance reviews.
- Educate customers about product capabilities, billing, charges, self-service options, and services.
- Detect early indicators of dissatisfaction, reduced usage, or churn and act decisively to address them.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, incidents, and complaints until successfully resolved.
- Conduct confident, commercially informed discussions on product usage, retention, pricing, and terms within established policies.
- Identify and promote opportunities for increased product adoption, upselling, or cross-selling relevant services.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Credit, and Operations teams to solve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and manage a high volume of customer interactions while ensuring compliance and quality.
- Contribute suggestions to enhance customer processes, communication, and overall satisfaction.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing, retention, support, or sales roles, ideally in customer success or account management.
- Aptitude for quickly building rapport and communicating clearly through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Keen interest in understanding customer needs and enabling their success.
- Confidence in resolving issues and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Commercial awareness including comfort discussing pricing, value, and retention strategies within guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Experience with CRM or customer management systems; Salesforce knowledge is beneficial.
- Resilience, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in related industries such as fleet, payments, financial services, or credit is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Environment and Benefits
- Initially complete a three-month training period as a Customer Success Advocate.
- Post-training work arrangement: hybrid model with three days at Ellerslie office and two days working remotely from home.
- Dedicated workspace and company-provided equipment at the office.
- Formal, practical training to enable your success in the role.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:30 am – 7:30 pm.
- Competitive salary accompanied by a monthly performance-based incentive.
