Role Overview

As a vital member of the customer service team reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will perform key store operational tasks to support a sales-driven environment and business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform store administrative functions aligning with established procedures including managing cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure stock integrity and support fulfillment across multiple sales channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and telephone communications efficiently.
• Participate actively in promotional and marketing initiatives within the store.
• Manage store inventory and controllable costs to contribute positively to financial outcomes.
• Support sales by ensuring compliance with sales channel fulfilment processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality customer experiences and resolve complaints tactfully.
• Maintain appealing merchandising standards and in-store marketing efforts to uphold The Good Guys brand image.
• Commit to continuous learning through online platforms and developmental activities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
