Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Member plays a vital role in supporting store operations within a sales-driven environment, ensuring profitable growth and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct store administrative duties effectively following standard procedures.
• Manage cash transactions and tendering accurately.
• Maintain stock integrity and fulfill orders across multiple sales channels.
• Handle telephone enquiries professionally.
• Support marketing and promotional activities within the store.
• Contribute to the financial success by managing inventory and controlling expenses.
• Ensure timely and correct sales channel order fulfilment.
• Work cooperatively with team members to provide consistently positive experiences for customers both in-store and across channels, including handling complaints and queries effectively.
• Support The Good Guys brand through high-quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
• Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge via online learning platforms and other development opportunities.
