Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join Shott Amusement Private Limited in Mumbai. Candidates should have at least completed 10th or 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. Your role will involve assisting customers, clearly demonstrating games, handling billing, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Explain and demonstrate amusement games to customers confidently and clearly.
• Accurately manage cashiering tasks, billing, and payment processes.
• Maintain a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests throughout their visit.

Work Schedule

The job involves a 9-hour daily shift, with one day off per week. Both weekends and public holidays are considered working days.

Shift timings for females (rotational): 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Shift timings for males (rotational): 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM (with a night allowance of ₹100 per day for this shift).

New hires must be available for all shifts during their first 15 days.
