Job Overview
We seek dedicated individuals for a blended voice and semi-voice customer service position. This role primarily involves addressing customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat platforms, requiring proficiency in English along with one or more regional languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Marathi.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively handle customer queries across multiple communication channels, including voice calls, emails, and chat.
Essential Requirements
- Must have completed graduation.
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Marathi.
Work Conditions and Benefits
- Engagement in rotational shifts accompanied by rotational days off.
- Compensation ranging from ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month.
- Walk-in interviews available.
- Position does not include sales-related responsibilities or target-driven tasks.
