Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our Support team based in Tirana, Albania, working 40 hours per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through live chat and phone, maintaining a consistent Wolt communication style and adjusting to customer tone.
• Ensure seamless operation of delivery services.
• Collaborate with the support team and other departments to continuously enhance our customer support functions.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication abilities combined with a genuine, personal approach and a strong customer-focused, team-oriented attitude.
• Quick learner capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as support services operate every day.
• Fluent in Albanian and possess professional working proficiency in English.
• Reside in Tirana, Albania.
