About the Role

An established and expanding manufacturing company based in Perth is seeking a seasoned Internal Sales Team Leader to join their team. This key leadership position involves managing the daily functions of a small Internal Sales team, ensuring high customer service standards, and overseeing the order processing workflow for accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and guide the Internal Sales team on a daily basis through coaching and training
• Supervise sales order processing including back orders
• Address customer inquiries and requirements promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee efficient order delivery
• Monitor team workflow to identify and implement service and process enhancements
• Assist with managing the Western Australia sales operations on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
