Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual)

Overview

Wing Assistant is seeking a Mandarin bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. We aim to revolutionize the future of work for global companies by providing comprehensive team building and operations automation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in English and Mandarin via calls, messages, and update CRM records accordingly.
• Prepare and verify estimates, product details, pricing, and order-related information.
• Issue invoices, manage deposits, follow up with customers, facilitate approval processes, and assist with scheduling.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' proven experience in customer service within B2B or B2C environments.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (at least B2 proficiency level).
• Strong phone etiquette, email correspondence, and instant messaging skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Comfortable with modern technology including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM software, and VoIP systems.
• Experience using word processing tools and spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools, e.g., Google Calendar.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in taking initiative.

Technical Equipment Requirements

• USB headset with noise cancellation.
• Functional webcam.
• Computer with minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps cable speed.
• Backup internet connection with minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

Additional Information

This position operates on US work hours, requiring 40 hours per week. The salary for candidates with approximately three years of experience can reach up to $1500 per month. We utilize AI tools to aid in hiring assessments but final recruitment decisions rest with human evaluators.
