Customer Service Representative

About the Role

FASTSIGNS #112001 is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to be an integral part of our team in Vaughan, Ontario. This position offers an opportunity to be the primary point of contact for both current and potential customers at the FASTSIGNS Center.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for customers visiting or reaching out to the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Prepare quotes, manage work orders, and ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.
• Participate actively in daily team meetings and assist in the execution of business and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers via various channels, including email, phone, face-to-face, and onsite visits.
• Develop enduring relationships by converting prospects into loyal clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred experience of 2-3 years in retail or counter sales environments.
• Possession of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Outgoing personality, responsiveness, willingness to learn, and strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
• Capability to remain seated for extended periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to focus on computer screens for prolonged intervals (4+ hours).
• Competence in managing pressure while maintaining high-quality and efficient work output.
