Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Farm Boy, you will contribute to the inviting and fresh shopping atmosphere the brand is known for by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining appealing department displays. Your attention to detail and team spirit will ensure products are attractively presented, and customers receive support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide polite, confident, and engaging service that reflects Farm Boy's dedication to a superior fresh shopping experience.
• Greet and assist customers in accordance with Farm Boy's Service Standards while sharing enthusiasm and knowledge about store products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring signage is accurate and presentation is appealing.
• Keep work and storage areas clean, safe, and organized through routine housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, emphasizing Health & Safety, Food Safety, and correct use of equipment.
• Perform designated opening and closing procedures and provide support to team members as required.
• Assist with additional team duties when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for delivering memorable and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent education and experience combinations will be considered.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on detail, quality results, and cleanliness standards.
• Team-oriented mindset supported by effective communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment involving multi-tasking, extended periods of standing, and tasks accomplished in cooler, freezer, or outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent English communication skills required; proficiency in French is an asset.
