About the Role

Easy Pair Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join their team based in Powai, Mumbai. This role requires confident communication skills and a positive approach to engage customers effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to customers and clearly present products or services offered.
• Address customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Identify potential leads and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets set by the company.
• Establish and foster positive relationships with customers to promote retention.
• Convert interested customers into successful sales or leads through consistent follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency is required.
• Personality traits should include confidence and persuasiveness.
• Basic computer literacy is necessary for daily tasks.
• Ability to work effectively under target-driven conditions.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant prior experience is advantageous.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
