Job Overview
We are seeking Telecallers based in Mumbai to handle both inbound and outbound calls with the goal of explaining products or services and generating potential sales leads. This role welcomes candidates with no prior experience as well as those with up to 2 years in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Responding to customer queries and performing follow-ups.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduation.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi languages for effective communication.
- Basic computer literacy.
