Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails regarding pricing inquiries for glass and installation products available for purchase at PGW.
- Provide high-quality customer service through call center operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to foster company relationships.
- Manage product inventory information including data entry, handling cancellations, credits, invoicing, and responding to customer service requests.
- Generate sales and purchases by following up on online lead inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Work assigned Saturdays when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and productivity despite frequent interruptions.
- Attention to detail in task completion.
Education and Experience
- Completion of high school or equivalent level education.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Primarily sedentary work involving prolonged sitting and frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
Compensation
The position offers an hourly wage of 20 Canadian dollars.
