Role Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer communications.

- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed process goals.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have a graduate degree in any discipline (students currently pursuing degrees are not eligible).

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts; however, female employees will only be scheduled for day shifts.
